Hello Dallas,

If ive set the bot to back the first horse to hit 1.2 but then that drifts right out, can you set the bot to be triggered again to back the second horse to hit 1.2?

Hi Dallas,

I have observed one strange thing about this automation rule. Whenever I apply this rule to some market and leave it as it is, the chances of placing a bet are very low, i.e. sometimes the rule does not place a bet at all. On the other hand if open the market to which rule is applied in one-click mode or ladder mode the chances of bet placement are higher.

Any ideas why does it happen ?

Ensure you have your guardian set optimally, sounds like your not refreshing markets fast enough, see this thread for full details

I had V1.47, I just downloaded version 1.48.1. I could nowhere see a refresh interval of 20ms the minimum interval is 200 ms. Even with the refresh interval of 200ms the one-click screen prices as well as the automation "odds" prices keep freezing for almost 5-8 seconds. My internet speed is 4mbps. So I dont think even that is a problem.

Any solutions?

Enable streaming

If the prices are freezing on your one click screen this is a sign of connection problems which will have a big effect on any automation, especially this bot which requires the fastest possible refreshing to stand any chance of it triggering.

You should be refreshing using 20ms in guardian with restricted refresh to just those past their start time

Hey Dallas,

Enabling streaming has solved the issue at some extent.

Thanks.

'Green up' is the term for spreading the current profit or loss equally across all selections
How do I set it up now?
Add a 'Close trade on selection with greening' rule
Applied to 'ANY' selection
Trigger 3 times
Rearm 3 secs

and add the following two conditions;

Number of place bets triggered
on selection
is greater than 0

Fixed odds condition
Back price
is greater than 3.0

Hi Dallas,

now I am trying different approach. I have set up the ‘Close trade with greening’ with conditions:
when the close profit on selection is less that 0.50
and when the second selection (sorted in order of favouritism) is traded below 3.5
But the trigger does not seem to trigger every time. Would you know the problem?
I watch the second runner when it does go below the 3.5 but the automation does not trigger.

Does it have to do with fast switching of favourites in running?

Would appreciate your help.

Thank you

The automation will trigger even if conditions are only met for a nano second.

Its most likely because of the following, assume you back runner 1 as it drifts runner 4 crashes into 1.8 and your runner 1 has now drifted to 5s and is 2nd fav
your close wont trigger as the 2nd fav (now your selection) is not below 3.5
yours could even of drifted to 10+ and be 4th or 5th fav but the 2nd fav now may still be 3.5+

Had a dabble with this automation today
I have a bet set to fire at 1.10

this is the log report
how did i get batched at 1.26 ?

is there a way to only back the selection when it hits 1.10 spot on ?

Automation Servant ( Back the Likely Winner ) Stopped.
13/11/2017 14:39:37: [AS 5] : £ 12.62 Back bet placed on Nuts Well at 1.1. Fully matched at 1.26. Ref: 108482981318
13/11/2017 14:39:48: Market has been suspended

my reasoning 1.10 = 90.9 implied
1.26 is obviously more chance of winning

Many thanks
