Are you nominating the runners as shown in the images?
Do you have guardian ticked to switch to market or are you running them just in guardian in the background?

Dallas, thanks again for this.. - on this one, I cant 'Take all unmatched bets at SP' - because the offset Laybets are also being matched at BSP,
is their a way in which the back part are matched at BSP and then the offset lay at the nominated ticks below?
Thanks again

With this rule you would need to edit the 'Back Nom 1 & Green' and 'Back Nom 2 & Green' rule types as follows

General tab
Rule trigger times
Relative to in-play time
00:00:00
till 00:00:20

Paramters tab
'Place at' Custom ticks above actual SP 0

tick 'Place fill or kill bets' 30 secs delay
'Offset Batches' 1

Then if you click on the 'Keep Bets' rule (so its highlighted blue) and remove this part by clicking the green - icon

There is a few other ways but thats probs the easiest

it working fine dallas, bar doesnt keep bets.
Havent edited anything at all

'Keep Bets' - Keep all unmatched bets,
Arm trigger 0:00:01 before start event, until 0:00:20 after the event start,

trgiger 2, wait 5 seconds?

Any reason why this doesnt keep unmatched bets in running?
Thanks

If you have followed the instructions from my last post the keep bets part should be removed and not required to run the rule this way

I'm also new to this. Is there a way to aim for a % profit. I'm looking to get 20/25% if stake.
I would also like to add a stop though at similar, ie get out at maybe 25/30% loss if horse misses break.
Would a trailing stop work better for this?
Ideally bot similar to this , but for single runner, b2l, offset green for 25% profit or loss, and possibly try trailing stop.

Any advice much sppreciated.

Its not possible to input a percentage figure but if you convert it to a monetery value (ie, 30% profit from £20 stakes = £6) then you can do it as detailed in this thread
viewtopic.php?f=47&t=11488

There is also a DOBing automation file avaliable to download
viewtopic.php?f=52&t=11314
which uses a profit condtion as described above to green up at 100% profit so this could easily be changed to what ever you wanted then just add in the loss value or trailing stop and anything else you require

Great, thanks. I'll try that one with some changes and add the extra stop rules .
Ideally like to run this during the day while at work !
Will try in practice mode and see how it goes .

I've been using fixed €50 stake when testing this but haven't had time to really sit down and wirk out best way to do it.
There is no problem when price shortens, although I was getting stopped out earlier with too small stops, but then I realised that the stop doesn't green out, so there is basically no point in having it.
So either price shortens , offset is triggered, and BA greens up profit, or if it drifts it doesn't green out at stop so I'm left with €50 bet running in the selection.
I think I need to add another rule to stop out and limit liss to eg €25 59% loss, just need to wirk out best way to do this. I'm new to BA so appreciate any help

Stop losses are not really recommened in running due to the volitility of the market and in-play delay, and using a conventional stop loss once it triggers and is placed it remains at those odds untill matched.

You could add an automated monetry stop loss which still might not always stop you out but can at least be set to trigger muliple times so it can keep trying.

There is 2 ready made rules to do this which you can just copy the contents of and add to your current file

Hey dallas, been tinkerig with this with some success , but as you mentioned it seems to struggle to cash out due to the speed of the in running market. Had some nice success but then when I had the below trade , backing at 7.0 , €50 stake , it missed the profit trigger altogether and actualy ended up with -€86 even though horse traded 1.3 in running! had it to green at €40 profit ????
