Im not sure what you mean by 'reverse' button

Also, its a 'no lose trade on one horse' this bot is already performing

Hi

Don't know if anyone can help, but on occasions the bot will attempt to place a back bet but it doesn't get matched, then it will place a lay and often than not the fave goes onto win, therefore I stand quite a big loss.

Can I get the bot to fill or kill the first back bet for 5 seconds and if that gets killed then it will rearm and try again, if it does get filled then it doesn't attempt the second back?

Thanks!

Yes you could add a fill/kill option to the back bet rule and include a number of matched bets condition on market is equal to 0

Or you could also add an the following two conditions to the lay rule

Number of matched bets condition
on selection
is greater than 0

Number of unmatched bets condition
on selection
is equal to 0

that should fully cover you

I am new to trading, Bet angel and the automated bots. Finding it fascinating and trying to add rules and testing vigourously.
Probably been asked and answered before but on the Guardian if you want to automatically change markets having set the automation rules on all races I know to tick the automatically switch box and set a time in seconds.
If the screen changes before the race starts is the bot still going to fire? I watched the videos on this and not really sure if it does or not (prob a stupid question)
Also is there any way to automatically switch screens to the next race once it has finished?
Finally when I had the free trail on B/A Trader you could click on the file and next market dropdown but it is not working on the Pro version for me so I use the green guardian button everytime. is that right?
I think this is a great forum and cannot believe how helpful everyone is especially to newbies like me.

Guardian is designed to run automation in the background so does not require a market to be loaded on the main trading screen for rules to trigger, this post explains exactly how guardian cycles and refreshes markets

You can add a 'Switch market' rule to an automation file, to try and identify when a race has finished you could add a 'fixed odds condition' to specify the favs lay price is = to 1.01
of course, this could mean it may switch before the actual end if it looks a dead cert in the closing stages but it will work 99.9% of the time

All the trader options are available within the pro version, the market selection tool has a 'G' icon at the top of the window to add markets to Guardian
If this is not what you meant if you could perhaps provide a screenshot highlighting what's different for you I'll be able to advise further

Thanks Dallas for your reply.
Didn't realise I could change the refresh rate in Guardian and that the number of markets loaded would affect the refresh rate.
Also selecting the races nearest the off to be refreshed in preference to ones further down the list. Really grateful for this information.
Will have a play with the Switch market rule as well thanks
All I meant with the next market drop down was that on B/A trader there was no Guardian green button so used this box to change to next or previous market. This does not work on Pro Not a big issue just wondered if I had a problem or not.

Not done a screen shot before, hope it works ok.
Thanks again for your advice

I see what you mean now, Guardian isn't included with Trader that's why there would be no icon there

To use the CTRL+N and CTRL+P shortcuts you need to select the first market manually
ie, click on the 'Quick Pick' tab and select the first race of the day

after that, those shortcut keys will load the next and previous race as they appear in your quick pick

Hi Dallas, should I be looking at certain odds on the fav or close odds to the other runners for it to work best.
And increasing the stakes does it make it a lot more risky with out some sort of stop loss added to it.
I've been using it at 10 ticks while getting used to it.
Thank you.
