Thanks a lot.

PLease allow me to have to more questions.

Why do I have here a lose of €24 while my liability is €10.

What will be the influence if I decrease my liability to €5

Thanks again for your answers
When backing to a liability its your potential profit (the liability the person who takes your bet is accepting). the lower the odds backed at the higher the stake amount will need to be to achieve the liability amount. Likewise the higher the odds the lower the amount needed

Hi Dallas,

I will appreciate it verymuch if you can have a look at this:

Horse Racing / Wolv 26th Jun : 7f Mdn Stks
Betfair back bet prob01.GIF
Back bet lost
Lay bet should have won
Confirm bets are off but I don't see my Lay bet.
It has happen a couple of times with other bets.

I wonder what has happen here.

It didn't shorten enough in-running to get the lay matched
BSP 1.68 > 1.58 (10 ticks)

If I may ask, how did you find out this information:
BSP 1.68 > 1.58 (10 ticks)

It has happen a few times and most of the times it takes away my whole profit of the day.
Is there a way to avoid this?

If you don't mind, I have this question too.

I quote:

"If the lay is matched you will have no liability (not able to lose) if the fav goes on to win ............."

After confirming the Back/Lay bet on the popoup, you can get two kind of messages at the logs
1. Fully matched
2. Entirely unmatched

What would you advise to do with your Lay bet if you get at your Back bet:
1. Fully matched
2. Entirely unmatched.

Thanks for your answer

The log only records if its matched/unmatched at the moment its arrives in the market so for this rule all lay bets will be recorded as unmatched as they are intended to be matched later in-running

Results are from Timeform.com

This would work so much better if you could set a signal on the prefered horse SP and if in running it's SP was matched again green or red out. You could set some sort of time if it remained above its SP in case it shortened again before closing the trade. At least you would get some of your stake back. Or am I talking rubbish😂😂

Please can you tell me where you did take the screenshot you just send me, from?

I have been searching where to get a good list that explains all the abbrivations used in horse racing . like.

Thanks again Dallas,

I am still at the practice mode.
Before I start again with Live Mode I want to be sure about my next question.

The excel file derived from automation/advanced settings/explore report folder from one race shows:
BAG Excel PL report.png
There are two Profit columns
1. Profit if win
2. Profit if lose

I win and I lose
I won 10 and lost 3.39.
How do I know which column is relevant for this race?

May I conclude that my Balance with Betfair:
1. will increase by 10 - 3,39 = 6.41?
2. will decrease by 3.39
3. will increase with 10
4. or do I get 0,0?

you only win or lose the amount shown next to the horse that won the race (all others are irrelevant)

Thank you very much!

I dare to ask, but must do it to understand the information correctly.
Where can I see at the ladder which horse won?
