DOB with Moving Exit Guardian Automation Bot

Hi I was wondering if someone would shed some light on something odd that happened earlier on today when I used The DOB with moving Exit file.

I had placed a DOB bet for £6 on 'watchable' in the 1.15 Ripon. I had adjusted the trigger on the automation to 40%. I also placed a manual DOB bet £9 on 'watchable' at 50% so in all £15 staked.

I did these adjustments as I'm still testing this file with varied results so far.

Watchable ran really well and traded as low as 1.03 looking to have won in a photo. I actually had a £2 bet on the other horse in the photo which was declared the winner.

looking at the log it seems the automation exited at odds 21.0?

How on earth have I ended up with profit of less than my total stake of £15?

What odds did the Lay bet of £4.72 get matched at?

It looks like there was a sudden sharp spike that trigger the bet, which you then got away with being matched at low odds as the price came back in before your bet reached the market

It looks like my initial bet of £6 was matched at 15.5. Despite the price seemingly shortening right from the off the automation placed a closure bet of £4.72 at odds of 21?

The only reason I didn't lose altogether was because I had also placed an addition manual 50% DOB bet before the start for £9 at odds 18.0. I can only assume the manual DOB bet was matched at 9.0 in play so giving a profit of £9 which must have covered my losses from the moving odds DOB.

What I can understand is how on earth the moving odds DOB closed me out at higher odds than what was happening in-play. In fact you can see from the log the price was shortening all the time from the off.

For a few seconds it actually looked like the horse had won, although after the photo the descision went the other way.

Hope all this makes sense.

All bots get fully tested for several days before being uploaded so they do fully work as per the instructions in the OP

You'll need to be selective with every type of rule used, you'll rarely find any that can be used in blanket form across every market.
With this type of rule its profitablity simply comes down to the selection choice, as long as you are good at spotting likely front runners, or those that will be in the mix at the end this type of stratergy will work

Yes, if you've already got it running on Guardian nom 1 its just a case of duplicating every rule and applying to Guardian nom 2

That will be costly for any that do come back and win

But all you need is a 'place lay bet rule, with a fixed odds condition to test
selections back price
is greater than 25
