Thanks Peter, don't know why they're so secretive about it. No mention of it on twitter!

Haven't notice any break in connection with the API. I hope they've finished whatever they're doing - perhaps a rehearsal dealing with tomorrow's outage.

Pleased to see there was no outage, hopefully that means it went OK. Fingers crossed for today, such a big day.

If they fuck up today then they will have serious problems. I have already been stung once by their outages. For me I now use Saturdays as training day in simulation.

I'm expecting to carry large liabilities on a number of sports today, so a cock up today would be catastrophic for them.

IMHO 'fingers crossed' shouldn't come into it! Betfair - like any other business - should be providing a product that is fit for purpose; after all, isn't that what we pay our commission for? If it isn't fit for purpose - service keeps going down for instance - then surely, they should compensate their customers?

Betdaq down - but they'll still claim they haven't been down for 500+ days

1410 not turned inplay and still open well after race finished. The previous race was also slow to be turned inplay but was.

Use extreme caution!

Any logic why people/bots are still laying tens of thousands of pounds on the winner at 1.11 and below when all bets will be voided?
