Variation on Lay to back

Don't know if this has been done before but couldn't find it after half an hour of searching.

I'm looking for an automation where I lay a specifed horse inplay when its price drops by 20% from the bsp.

On top of that I'm looking to add a stop loss if the price drops by say a further 60% from the price the lay was placed at or to green up if the price increases by say 500% from the price that the lay was placed at.

Can someone point me in the right direction if this is already out there and failing that i someone could help me create it?
