servant stops as soon as it starts-need some help :)

Servants, just tap your bell to call them.

hi-I'm trying to use the ASC -spread exit servant and when I start it I hear the little bell but nothing happens. at the bottom of the screen it says "automation has stopped" immediately. any help is appreciated as always
