This servant is for use on the pre-race horse racing markets but can be easily edited for use on others like greyhound markets.

The servant can be started on any selection/s as you want when started the servant will use the ‘servant context stake’ (the stake value you have chosen for that runner at the time its started). Its job is to look for 1 tick scalps by offering an opening back or lay bet at the best reverse price if the WOM is greater than 60% on that side of the book.

When an opening bet is placed (either back or lay WOM is greater than 60%) if the WOM drops below 50% then the bet is canceled and will be re-submitted next time either side is greater than 60%

If the price moves away from your opening bet before its matched it is also canceled and will be re-submitted next time either side is greater than 60%
If the opening bet is matched an offsetting bet is placed 1 tick away, when that is matched the whole process can start again beginning when either the back or lay WOM is greater than 60%, should the price move against you by 4 tick a stop loss will trigger to close the position and the process can begin again.

To use this servant just click on the ASC Scalping WOM.Baf attachment links below and this will download them to your computer, then open your Servant Manager window and click the rules link at the top and then "Import a Rules File" as shown in the image, once imported it will now appear in your drop-down boxes and is ready to be started whenever required.

Once you have it imported into your Servant Manager it can be edited very easily simply by clicking on "Edit Rules File".

With any servant always run in practice mode first to ensure everything is working fine, and repeat this each time you make any changes.

See the following thread for step by step instructions on downloading and importing a servant into your Bet Angel, or see image below on were to import it in your Servant Manager.

If you wish to fully automate this there is a guardian automation bot that can be downloaded from the following thread

Dallas,

Apologies if I'm missing something straight forward here, but on the cancel unmatched bets (price dependant) bit, It will cancel unmatched bets greater than or equal to (or less than or equal to) the best market price, if the conditions are met.

But is this worked out from the best lay price or the best back price?

Cheers

Also what if the opening bet is partially matched, then the rest gets cancelled by the cancel rule?

I didn't think offsets and stops would fire if a fill or kill bet gets interrupted before it completes

It depends on the side an unmatched back or lay bet

The cancel rules can only trigger if it's fully unmatched, once it starts getting matched if the WOM changes or the price starts moving away (it will, of course, be in profit) then I've left it up to the user how they wish to proceed

out of curiosity(in clearer english), do the user defined weightings (wom) have any effect on what your automation file defines as 60% ?

Yes, how you set your WOM weighting in your main settings area applies to automation rules too

So what would be the best way to go about adding something to this rule file that would cancel the remainder of a partially matched bet if WOM turned against us, and scratch or close that trade?

You would need another pair of cancel back and lay rules this time with the 'matched bets amount condition' changing on each
So on the back cancel rule, the amount of back bets is greater than the amount of lay bets
then vice versa for the other

Then you would need another back and lay rule which uses the 'net' stake, these would also need their 'amount of matched bets conditions editing
ie, on the lay rule it would be 'amount of back bets matched' is greater than the amount of lay bets matched
and vice versa for the other one

that should do it although I've done that from memory without opening the rule to double check everything I originally did so run in PM first until you know its right
