In terms of real quality you’d have to say Spain have been the real class so far. Think Brazil have it, but think Spain are going to be a little strong on what we’ve seen so far.

Imo they should be joint favs with Brazil...

I don't think anyone has stood out yet but Germany probably the worst of the big boys so far, only first game though

Let’s see an England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 win today.

I think England might struggle tonight.

Predictions please.

Mine.

Kane, 20 shots, no goals and no passes.

Alli and Sterling booked for diving as England get desperate late on.

A few hair raising moments as Stones treads on it while pretending to be Franco Baresi.

0-0.

how John Stones & Jordan Henderson have both made it as international footballers totally astounds me, can'y see England losing but it will not be easy, 2-0 England win with two fortunate goals

My heart, or the optimist in me, says our young guns will come out blazing and it will be 3 or 4 nil but my head, or the long suffering england pessimist in me! will say we'll struggle but scrape a 1-0 win!

I am using iPhone. But when I type, Spain 🇪🇸 Brazil 🇧🇷 Russia 🇷🇺 Mexico 🇲🇽 it all works... once I type the country it offers me an emoji.

But England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Doesn’t work... it shows me the flag the same as rest but when I press submit it doesn’t come up.

Ran a Fifa 18 tournament simulation before the world cup started. (might as well use their AI algo's for a prediction)

Tunisia 1 England 0 :?
England 6 Panama 1
England 1 Belguim 2

England fail to make it to last 16.

So far it's predicted;

Russia win 3-1 (was 5-0, 2 late goals)
Egypt/Uruguay draw 2-2 (late goal)
Morocco/Iran draw 1-1 (late goal)
Portugal/Spain draw 2-2 (was 3-3)
France win 6-0 (was 2-1)
Argentina win 2-1 (was 1-1, messi missed pen)
Peru win 2-1 (lost 0-1)
Croatia win 3-0 (was 2-0)
Serbia win 1-0 (was 1-0)
Germany win 3-0 (lost 0-1, surprised most)
Brazil/Switz draw 0-0 (was 1-1)

Since winning the World Cup in 1966, England have beaten the following nations in World Cup knockout games: Paraguay, Belgium, Cameroon, Denmark and Ecuador
That's pretty amazing
