Some cracking games this week, Germans. Senegal v Columbia. Brazil could still technically go out...

Yeah, getting Columbia next doesn't look good, problem is England play Belgium before that group is sorted, so we'll have to get who we get!

Got feeling England v Belgium could be a bit of a bore draw...

They need to put Sterling on the bench, has been completely ineffective so far.

Columbia group will be finished before England's. Don't know if that's a good thing or bad thing really

aah, so it is! - as you say not sure if good or bad thing, plus don't want to get too far ahead of ourselves but we'll also know which possible quarter finalists too which might add some sort of incentive

Half of the matches gone and no 0-0 draws.

Some very interesting games over the next 4 days then it's on to the knock out stage!

Can't wait to see how it all unfolds

As I mentioned before (hehe glad I got something half right) England look better than I have seen them for years ..but as Superfrank alluded to..the midfield needs some work.Give it away there once to often like they did with Panama... to Belgium,Colombia,Brazil etc and it will be good night nurse. At last some legitimate finishers though.Nice one England. Great to see a big score like that.Hopefully they are coming together as a team.Agree Sterling needs to shine up or bench though. Not firing
Some really strong sides look to be lining up for honours imho. Mouth watering stuff :D ..just wish I was a better trader :) to take advantage ...although like most things sports-most of it is in the middle of the bloody Aussie wee hours anyway..

It’s nice to have such a hungry manager with a clear vision. Just hope England keep momentum and he isn’t pushed out. For his sake he’d better getting Germany/ Brazil in a knockout rather than a lower rate team. At least if beat he won’t be media target number 1. As so far the team can’t really take any blame.

read this stat earlier:

'England's aerial threat has resulted in them having more efforts on goal from headers than any other side at the World Cup. '
