Soft pen in the extra time. Juve didn't deserve that.

A-League, Western Sydney v Adelaide, 80min: Adelaide takes a 2-3 lead, Betfair suspends market and reopens it 7min after the goal. Bet365 had the market reopened 5secs after the goal went it.

Dear Betfair, if you're reading this, is it so bloody difficult to use the same data feed that Bet365 uses (provided by a company called RBall) and AUTOMATE the suspending and unsuspending of markets? No need to have a human operator doing this, ffs.

Pissed off.

I know the feeling quite well but it comes with the territory I'm afraid, it's something you have to accept if you're trading the so called "lesser" football leagues.

True.

It just pisses me off that companies always find ways of making more money by COMPLICATING (e.g. premium charge) rather than by SIMPLIFYING (e.g. automating market suspensions which will in turn lead to cost cutting due to the removal of inefficient humans).

A few months ago I pointed out how well Genoa defend away from home. This hasn't changed. So far they conceded a total of 2 goals in the first half away from home.

Tonight they play away at a top 5 team (Roma) and these are their results against similar teams:

Juventus v Genoa 1-0
Napoli v Genoa 1-0
Inter v Genoa 1-0
Lazio v Genoa 1-2

You can back Under 2.5 Goals at 2.20+ at the moment and I feel it could be a great back-to-lay opportunity.

Tonight it didn't work out for the Under 2.5 Goals of Genoa.

At half time, with Roma 1-0 up, I briefly contemplated exiting the trade for a small profit, but then decided to be aggressive and wait for the price to drop to 1.70.

Two early goals in the second half killed my plan. 8-)

Chelsea look short tonight

Burnley want that top 6 spot and have the confidence and momentum to do it

Chelsea looked as bad if not worse than Southampton, don't see how they're 1.96 here

I think good shout. Also quite interested in Alaves back odds (are playing a bit better, versus Girona who are falling away, and are also not a conservative/cautious away team)

Could potentially make Arsenal more interesting to trade next season.

Atalanta v Torino today (Italian Serie A).

Atalanta haven't won a home game all season against top 10 teams.

Counting also away games, they played 6 games vs teams around them in the table (Torino, Milan, Fiorentina, Sampdoria) and won only 1 (against Milan).

I believe odds of 1.60 for an Atalanta win today are too short, so perhaps a good lay opportunity. Also, correct score 1-1 is very tempting at odds of 9.40.

Atalanta match odds trade didn’t go well.

But correct score 1-1 I was able to back at 9.00 and lay at 3.00 inplay.
