good to see the exchange being advertised on ITV at half time
Agree! They've done it during the WC and also prior during England's pre-WC friendlies.

If France can't win it, neither can Germany! Peter's quicker than Hummels :)

Just heard the commentator say this is the longest we have gone in a WC so far without a yellow card.

Is that just by chance or is it an unexpected consequence of VAR where players are now sub cautiously aware that even if it escapes the ref's eyes then VAR can still catch them

These chances Mexico have had on the break. If this was England could see their being 5 in the back of the net.

Germans not to qualify please.

Its been good to see them keep going at the Germans, how many other teams (inc England) would have just sat back in this situation and tried to just protect the lead

I’ve had a go at Mexico, Argentina and Senegal currently as win only at the mo. Will probably trade one out if they make a final. Big if.
Great start!!

Think I leave it a few games but 44 now. Wow. Just after one game.

I think they may want to change the hastag for this current match

PERVSDEN
Previous big tournys;
Nig:Ger

I think it was before twitter was a thing though!
When Sweden play Denmark, it’s SWE-DEN.

The remaining letters, not used?

DEN-MARK 🤭
