Bulk Lists into Guardian

Hi, can any one tell me the mosr efficent way to move a list into Guardian. For example I want to move all todays football fixtures 17.10.18 Match Odds markets into guardian in 1 bulk move.
I've tried this from the file settings but failed.

Any advice please

Select the soccer tab in Guardian right click on the date you want and choose 'Select all match odds Markets'

As shown in the image 2nd from bottom
