That I can recall for the Burton game tonight. (70s)

Can anyone go higher?

Anybody vs San Marino is probably higher.

Money buyers will be out in force tonight.

Thanks. I'm always surprised at how sticky these huge prices are too.

If Burton do park the bus, I'll be fascinated what that price is after 10 minutes.

altho it's up at 70 odds, it only actually returns the stake (as evens) once the odds halve. so if you backed a tenner on the 0-0 score at 70 odds, you'd have to wait until the odds hit 35 before you'd get a tenner back. as it seems unlikely that 0-0 will be the fulltime score, then i'm sure the decay ratio will be in line with every other game.

really depends whether you're viewing this as a 0-0 finish (where the odds would be attractive) or as a scalp, where you'd need to get to 35 odds to be at evens...

interesting tho.

I agree. I don't think it will end nil-nil by the way (or get close to 35).

What is unusual as well, perhaps correctly, is that the one all draw price is identical. Usually that's much lower, even when nil nil is high (or at least that's my impression, I can't back that up with data).

:) I think you mean a minibus, or a tuk tuk.

Remember they leaked loads of goals last year in the Championship, but I don't think anyone could've seen that result!

I reckon a non-league team would've put up a better performance than that.

I try to spot low scoring games or at least slow scoring games all the time. This was obviously very, very unlikely. Despite the score, I think the odds got out of line (I'm aware of how absurd that sounds, but value is value and I won't be influenced by the result).

You'd think a team of professional footballers - who realistically have one possible way of drawing or winning (keep it tight early on, make them nervous, get in their faces) could at least spend 10 minutes kicking the knackers off every City player they can see, but apparently not.

I ended up watching a film, in disgust. :)

Liked this, alot:

That game is going to be a thriller. I think Man City could field their mascots and get through, probably with a few more goals.
