There seems to be a delay with the Saints takeover, it was meant to be completed yesterday. The actions of the Football League are quite interesting, regardless of who you support.
They are trying to get Matt Le Tissier's consortium to put in writing, that they won't appeal to the 10 point deduction before being given a licence to operate.
This sounds like blackmail, maybe even illegal
Anyway, there might not be a Keegan, because the consortium are refusing to agree to Lord Mawhinny's demands
