So I backed Liverpool to win 2-1 at 9 and set it to trade out at 4 which it did. So I turned £1 into £4. But now I want to take £3 and repeat the process again. So I have the chance to turn £1 into £12 whilst protecting my original £1. So I end up with £13.
But is there anything else I can do? I was planning on repeating the process but on the other team to win 2-1. So I get into a position where if 2-1 or 1-2 on a single match go down to odds of 4 I make £12 and both my original stakes are protected. So I end up with £14.
Any thoughts or suggestions please?
What To Do Next?
If you turned £1 into £4 by backing at 9 and laying at 4, the next step is to turn bricks into gold.JustLukeYou wrote: ↑Sat Oct 17, 2020 4:08 pmSo I backed Liverpool to win 2-1 at 9 and set it to trade out at 4 which it did. Buy a meal deal from tesco with your £3 and enjoy the 2nd half
jokes aside it sounds like you want to back £1.50 @ 1-2 & £1.50 @ 2-1 in correct score market then either offer your lays in at 4.0 or exit manually whenever. take advantage of BF's "what if" figures to balance the profit or work out the stake amount you need to lay at w/ a calculator
p.s. don't view it as a free trade just cus you're up £3, you're still risking that meal deal potential

You do know that Derek is not a real person, right? He's just a forum bot that Peter and Dallas made to provide forum liquidity.JustLukeYou wrote: ↑Sat Oct 17, 2020 4:47 pmYou should be banned from this forum. Perhaps the next step is to understand that you cannot place a bet and protect your original stake. If the price goes down to 4 you win, but if the next goal goes the other way and the price hits 20 you lose.JustLukeYou wrote: ↑Sat Oct 17, 2020 4:08 pmSo I backed Liverpool to win 2-1 at 9 and set it to trade out at 4 which it did. I would also not recommend placing a bet simply because you want to win £12, you need to have reason to think the trade has an edge.

Either that or is some sad pathetic old man.
I think that's uncalled for and unfair too. I'd think about taking it back if I were you. You've had so much help on this forum, and I'm sure you're grateful for that but it wouldn't hurt to show it from time to time.JustLukeYou wrote: ↑Sat Oct 17, 2020 5:19 pmEither that or is some sad pathetic old man.

No, I am planning to 2 sets of £3 going into 1 match. One backing 2-1 and the backing backing 1-2.
Luckily bots don't have feelings, otherwise they would be seriously hurt by that. You never noticed his postcount? Why you think he's the only one posting at night while others are asleep? Come on, it's clearly a forum bot.JustLukeYou wrote: ↑Sat Oct 17, 2020 5:19 pmEither that or is some sad pathetic old man.
