How do Betfair decide which markets to send 'in play'?

I can't believe the Celtic v Dinamo Moscow match is a half-time re-activation!

This match had over £1Million matched before the kick-off, yet Sporting Lisbon v Twente, which is going 'in play' has only £100k

Very strange decision

Ok, now my frustrations have reached a new level!

They eventually re-activated the market, a full 8mins into half-time

What the heck is wrong with Betfair these days?

Their reliability, or lack of it, is a real cause for concern at present

We can work out what is wrong with the horse racing markets but we haven't had an explanation for why Betfair are cocking up the footy ones. It's all very frustrating!
