whats going on with the tennis feeds?

Can someone tell me why Betfair & 365 have changed their reasonable feed from a usable 3 ish second delay to 10 ish delay?
Feeds should be getting faster not slower.I know they have ditched flash but replacing it with a company with a worse delivery speed! Really!
Even the some tv broadcast is quicker

Its been useless the last 2 days. Murray match is completely stuck now. I have to refresh the page every few secs fro ervy match to get it running. And then it constantly freezes
