Shameless plug here.

Check this thread out from one of my fav forums which has some good information regarding the trading of golf:

I achieved my result after placing fifty €2 bets on players priced bigger than 300/1 before the thing got underway on Thursday. I traded out last night.

Just as well though as I had a crap day trading the horses yesterday!

I'm tempted to lay some of the profit on the leader at short odds, nothing to lose but he has!

Would have been a wonderful green on him if I had held the position open but that's generally not my strategy, bit of a gamble.

I had an excellent result with the 2008 Open - a blanket back of all players at 1000 pre tournament and a smattering of players (the aforementioned Mr Daly for example) at lower but still substantial odds.

Messrs Norman and Duval shortened to 3 ish and 6 ish repsectively allowing about a £500 green overall for total stakes of around £180 (if memory serves).

Unfortunately I've been unable to trade the tournament properly since due to other things getting in the way :(
