I heard Justin Rose on the radio this morning, the reporter told him he was 12/1 and 14/1 with the bookies and he replied that he would much rather play than roll a dice at 14/1.
Obviously feeling very confident after his win last week.

Rose has a shocking Open record 1 top 10 and that was as an amateur going back to 2005. 12/1 favourite really?? The lack of a clear cut favourite (in form rory or tiger) has the bookies searching for a favourite. Rose was brillant last week and he may do the double but the stats say the odds are against him.

Its hard to believe that the world number 1, 3rd in 2013 2nd in 2012 and 8th in 2006 (last time at hoylake) is now joint 3rd favourite. Adam Scott you will do for me....

Weather forecast looks fine tomorrow. So it would take a series of errors from him to lose. Need to drop 1/3rd a shot a hole, which looks unlikely.
