Should it be possible for guardian to auto bind to a sheet named other than the original "Bet Angel" if it is set up, as in the first market the sheet is selected from the drop down?

Auto Binding - name change
Bet Angel will only look for sheets that start with the name 'Bet Angel' when Auto-binding. That way you can have your own sheets in the workbook to help with your automation or record keeping without Bet Angel trying to link to them.
