I'm not sure if this will continue, I'm going to wind it back a bit and preserve what's been a very decent day.

After an afternoon like that I suspect this evenings AW is going to be very dull or very crazy!

Incredible Gamble on Carp Kid in the 12.40. I think it will get beat by Bungee Jump.

6.15 Kempton 10f 0-60 rated

Topmeup. 14/1

21st January- 10f 0-65 Finished 8/8. Put a line straight through the form.

06 January- 10f 0-70 Rated. Finished 3 lengths 7/10 (Strong pace)

26 December- 9.5f 0-60 Rated. Finished 3 lengths 4/13 by a horse that was and still is a massive improver, won 4 out 5 last races. (Strong pace)

13 December- 8f- 0-60 Rated. Finished by neck 2/11 (Slow Pace)

Today's race I think is really slow pace.

I am pretty darn convinced this horse doesn't like the tapeta surface (Newcastle, Wolverhampton & Chelmsford)

Apart from its last two runs, it had only ever run once at 10f. At Chelmsford early on in her career. 25/1 unsuited by pace and surface to finish just over 4 lengths 6/13.

I strongly believe this horse wants 10f and Polytrack surface. If you can excuse poor runs, based on the recent form under same conditions it was a 6/1 shot just denied.

This bet is a supreme value bet and think it will win-win.

I got up at 1-30 this afternoon, only to find that Coral gave me a £25 free bet - on the 12-55 at Donny!

Not sure it wants 10f..sire Mayson usually produces sprinters, and few signs in its form that it stays 10f..has won of 57 but suspect it need dropping a few pounds ..Half siser to Hillborough who won over a mile at Southwell the other day(but more stamina on the sires side in pedigree) good luck tho

Did anyone else have the 17:30 Dundalk suspended in Guardian...even though it wasn't suspended on Betfair?

Y, I think they reformed the market as I spotted it, deleted it and re-loaded and there it was.

Re Topmeup tip by Sea Horse Racing.

I'll stick my neck out and say that Gracious George would be my tip for the 6:15 based on my own recent speed ratings over 9f+.
Rakematiz has recorded slightly faster times over 10f at Lingfield but has 9 to 14 pounds extra weight to carry over the December/November outings.
Topmeup ran at Lingfield on 6 Jan with a slower time than Gracious George achieved on 13 Jan over the same track and Topmeup is carrying 12 lb extra today while Gracious George is carrying 7lb less.

Take anything I say with a huge pinch of salt though as I am but a racing rookie!

POST RACE NOTE: My tipping career was extremely short-lived. Pre-off price came in nicely though!

17.30 Dundalk failed for me.
Log says market suspended at 17.10 and nothing else.
No bets placed via Guardian.
Any theories as to why?
