I have updated to 1.27.2 and am trying to log but i'm getting the following message.
"Bet Angel Authentication sucsessfyl, however unable to connect to Betdaq using the supplied username and password"
I have checked the details are correct ie username-password-email address and server and i have also used the details to log into the website.
Any help you could give would be great.

Thanks in advance

If you're running any anti-virus/firewalls have you checked to see if these have updated recently (possibly in the background automatically)?
You could try disabling them while you try to log in, that would confirm one way or another if its to do with them

Which version of Windows are you using? If you run 'winver' on the command line it should tell you the exact build number of Windows that you are running.

They should be fine.

On the login screen of Bet Angel (BETDAQ), what address have you got in the 'Server' picklist? They recently disabled the www.betdaq.co.uk endpoint, so check that you have got www.betdaq.com selected.

I assume it fails the same way on both PCs?

Is there anything unusual about the way you are connecting to the internet (VPN etc) or is it normal home broadband in the UK?

Betdaq require the login to use either TLS 1.1 or 1.2 (both of which are supported in that version of Bet Angel you are using) and to support that we use .NET 4.5 on the PC, but those builds of Windows 7 & 10 are fine for that.

You could try speaking to them - they might be able to see a request coming into their servers from your account/IP address and log why it's failing.
Perhaps they could reset your account's API access (we don't have the ability to do that from our end), in case that's the reason for the login refusal.
