Hi Everyone,
I have recently renewed my subscription with Betangel and try as I might I cannot get
the default beep to sound when a bet is matched.
I have got enable sound ticked and default beep ticked in settings but nothing happens.
Any ideas?

Best regards.

Have you tried it with a .wav sound file as in the image?

Sorry I've just re read your OP, do you mean 'Matched' or 'Placed'?

That alert is only for bet placement

I think he means matched - i agree that would be useful for when placing outside the 10 minutes

For 'Matched' bets there is an example automation file you can download that will do it for you

You wont get a sound from a 'Matched bet' unless using the file I have just linked to.

Just to confirm are your other sound alerts are all working OK and its just the bet placement one thats not working?

Hi Dallas,
Yes the other sound alerts are working it's just the bet placement that isn't.
Cheers.

Ok, I assume you have tried one of the sound files you use on the others (one that your 100% sure works)?

If you have already done the above there is only 3 things I can suggest which I'de do in the following order

1, deselect ALL other alerts and leave just this placement one with a sound file you know to work
2, log in using the 'factory default' profiles and try again
3, download and re-install the software again
https://www.betangel.com/download/?product=BetAngelPro

Let me know if any of those help

I've been thinking of asking that but you'd need to be fairly daft not to have tried other sound sources.
