Not often placing get reversed .. rare exception was the winter derby .. in USA or France the winner would have been demoted.

BHA stewards report

Race 4 - 7:10pm
THE "ROAD TO THE KENTUCKY DERBY" CONDITIONS STAKES (CLASS 2) (PLUS 10 RACE)
VENTURA KNIGHT (IRE) wore earplugs which were removed at the start.

Rounding the final bend, the winner, GRONKOWSKI (USA), edged marginally right-handed, causing Tom Marquand to have to take a slight check on BOBBY BISCUIT (USA), unplaced, but after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved and that it had not improved the placing of GRONKOWSKI (USA).

An enquiry was held to consider the placings in this race after interference inside the final furlong when the winner, GRONKOWSKI (USA), ridden by Jamie Spencer, interfered with COURT HOUSE (IRE), placed second, ridden by Robert Havlin. The Stewards considered that the interference had not improved GRONKOWSKI (USA)’s placing as COURT HOUSE (IRE) appeared to lose little momentum as a result of the interference which occurred approaching ½ furlong out, with the official winning margin of ¾ length. Spencer was suspended for 2 days for careless riding as he allowed his mount to drift right-handed towards the rail without sufficient correction, causing Havlin to momentarily stop riding on COURT HOUSE (IRE).

Thanks Simon, I had no idea they were public.

Looking forward to trading at Sandown this afternoon with the Military Gold Cup, Rathlin Rose/Guy Disney going for a repeat success. And then Flemington should make a good night. :D

Yes they post them fairly quickly .. and you can search by horse .. some of them make interesting reading when you look at complete history of reports on certain horses !!

Anyone have any idea why today's 13:40 at Hereford has been suspended for hours?
Other Hereford races seem OK and the 13:40 still has bookies odds on oddschecker.

Just logged out, relaunched Guardian and reloaded markets and seems OK now.
Must have been a glitch.
Thanks for the feedback Dallas.

I feel like the Meydan markets are similar to how all racing markets used to be years ago?

Yep, I think there is a minimum liquidity trigger on cross matching which just about sums it up as that is what its supposed to improve.
