API users, anyone else seeing issues with customer_order_ref data?

For example:

Sent: cd29947c0a9011e8bc2d0242ac110002
Returned: cd2999ae0a9011e8bc2d0242ac110002

Update: Turning off and on again looks to have it fixed it but its a very odd bug and not sure if its me or betfair.

Sent: 271eed560a9111e8bc2d0242ac110002
Returned / available on the cleared orders endpoint: 271ef2100a9111e8bc2d0242ac110002

(These are uuids created my side)

Haven't found anything odd on my side.

When it went wrong, was it for every order, or only some orders?

I noticed that you're using exactly 32 characters which is the limit, so I wonder if there's a bug on Betfair's side relating to that or something. Definitely worth opening a support ticket though. Let me know what they say.

IDs are being returned normally here.

I don't think it is a 32 character issue - I also use UUIDs as my customer reference.

It looks like some kind of comms corruption as the returned ids are too similar to those that were sent.

False alarm, my order stream went down due to an annoying python runtime error (dictionary changed size during iteration) I didn't realise and was looking at id's which are generated a few ms before the order ref id hence why they are very similar.

9.04 it went. I'm currently on the golf, so I have 5 hours (hopefully I should be OK!)

I had some automation running on the Aussie racing so I've been caught out there. Looks like it stopped working just before the 09:05.

not that it helps close down trades, but you can possibly monitor the live state from here: https://www.sofascore.com/

out of interest. as the BF engine is effectively down, i presume any offset bets will be ignored obviously. also, when the things are back up, do BF approximate the market state?? i.e. the ou25 market was on 2.3 overs ahead of the outage, will it open based on an approximation of where natural decay/drift would have taken it?? as it stands in this market, being 0-0 at halftime, i'd now expect ou25 overs to be on 7-8 odds
