There are many hundreds of angry people on that twitter feed. BF could be in allot of trouble. They may have to reverse all bets.

Amazing how the only feature interrupted is ‘cash out’ you were losing too much money today more like so you’ve suspended that service. You must think people are stupid.

The upset is all due to people not understanding the difference between a bookie and the exchange.

If you think you know enough to open the hood and tinker with the engine to get a few more horsepower, then of course you're going to wave goodbye to the reliability.

Exchanges are the pro end of the business and totally unsuitable for most people who have only had experience of punting through a broker (ie a bookie). It's like a granny selling her British Gas shares by going in the bear pit rather than going to the post office.
It's all tickertyboo until you get eaten alive. Boo hoo.

Nobody with sufficient understanding and sensible backup exchange precautions will have suffered much.

something is wrong my automation is placing double bets and doing strange things,,keep losiing connection to take automation off markets

Failure of markets to load is usually a Betfair issue.
