Greater Than, Less Than Rule Clarification

This might sound like a daft question.

If I have a rule that says

Lay > Greater Than 10
< Less Than 20

Does this include the odds of 10 and 20 or will it
only place the trade 1 tick above 10 and 1 tick below 20

If you want to include the limit values you need >=10 and <=20 or if you can't double up on the operator then >9.99 and <20.01
