Bah, stupid fat fingers, huge spike in a french ligue 2 game earlier went right through my bot stop loss and cashed me out :roll:

I've always felt that is the danger with bots and/or full automation - happens a lot in finance as many will know there are bots that will react unfavourably and so encourage them to do just that.

That's why proper stopping is far more sophisticated and uses time, volume and price delta to reduce the number of false positives.

The 21K (only half of it counts as back stake) was placed at 2.0 with a few grand swept up along the way, but was the few hundred traded up to 50 the backer closing his trade?

e.g. x% of markets had a >= 30 tick spike vs. LTP where LTP < 20
