I sometimes wish Betfair would have a £5 minimum, the amount of trading going on at Bath and Ffos Las is pathetic!

Today at Brighton. The 3.55 to be precise.

Was a class 2 handicap. Highest rated runner was 77. With majority in the 50s. Have they made some sort of typo?

Class 2s races generally are low 80s all the way to 110.

13 runners aswel. A bit lit sky sports advertising a premier league game and you turn up to watch Pompey V Leyton Orient.

Have I missed something?

No premium charge this week, over 20% paid in commission. Not a good week.

Your expert appraisal required BBC R4 13.45 (UK) "The New Age of Capitalism:High Frequency Trading" - dunno what it will be like, but an obvious must listen for gee-gee traders and todays bonus you can listen just before the Hex 14.00 and become an expert just in time for the afternoon!!! :ugeek:

The book Flash Boys is a decent read if you're into that sort of stuff. Betfair's X-matcher is a version of the front running too.

Almost had a heart attack seeing an open position on the last at Hexham. Luckily it was just the internet connection on my backup computer going down. :)

Warming up. Beginning to look like a not so bad day after all. Profit on every market albeit a small one.
