Hi all,

I'm having a bit of trouble betting BA to place a lay bet with the correct liability and was hoping for a bit of advice. Taking today's match of Ramos v Alcaraz as an example; Ramos is 1.26 to back and 1.27 to lay. I've set staking method to "by liability (lay only)" and set my stake/liability to £10. The book is displayed reversed. I've selected somewhere above 1.27 on the lay side to place my bet at the best current price. BA has placed the bet but only to a liability of 7.94, not the full £10. I can top my position up but is there a way to get BA to create the full liability bet?

Attached is a screen shot.

Many thanks,
Jim

The liability is calculated from the price thelay bet is placed at.

Its not possible to calculate it using the matched price as there is no way to know what this will be (and therefore the stake to use) prior to it being placed
