Might be of interest to some of the Greyhound botters if they'd want the timeform data. I'll certainly welcome the additions to the race status API if they ever emerge, they were looking at that a while back with the TPD feeds.
Greyhounds Timeform API

We have pre-race data feed, supplied by Timeform, through the API that is available for customers to purchase at a considerably lower price than that of the Racing Post equivalent. If you are trading or looking to start trading into the Greyhound markets and are interested in learning more about this product, please contact your account manager or [email protected]

Race status API

We are looking at the idea of expanding on the race status for greyhounds and horse racing through the API to make changes such as the numberof runnersleft to go behind and not just “going behind”. The proposed changes are below:

First_Horse_In: The first horse enters the starting gate
Three to Go: The third last horse enters the starting gate
Last_Horse_In: The last horse enters the starting gate

We are also looking to include this for international racing –US, French and Australia to begin with.As a Premium customer and potential user of this we would like to hear from you on whether such changes would enhance the experience and usage. Please send feedback to your account manager or on to [email protected]

I've been trying to buy access to the Timeform API (commercial) for 5 weeks. They don't answer emails.

Got a quote from RP in two days but I'd prefer TF. Irritating.

Somebody from Betfair has dropped me a note asking if they can intervene and help sort you out. If you are OK, I can pass on your details.

Thank you for that but I've since managed to get in touch with Timeform (via pestering Betfair actually) and they've sent me what I needed.

I was curious to know why. Did you find an official reason?

Not relevant to BA, but testing something out on tiny stakes. Came back to my PC to this. :)

That's the fun of the Greyhounds, outsiders freely available at 4 times their SP.

It's BSP maybe, I made a piddling £3 on the race. Although thankfully I did a lot better an hour later.
