Problem with profit not showing up on ladders

Hi,
I've had this problem for a while now, what happens is the ladder does not go green or red when I enter a trade. I have to shut down Betangel and log back in to show the correct numbers on the side.
I have updated to the latest Betangel and I've provided a screenshot (note this is after I restarted the program and greened up, it has not updated on the ladder or the cash out at the top).
