Betfair Chart issues

I'm having issues with the Betfair chart not updating properly. I have it set to refresh every 5 seconds but sometimes it takes much longer to refresh and other times I have to refresh it manually. The advanced charts are working fine. I'm using version v1.55.0 b2

So many new versions its hard to keep up!

Anybody from the BA team know why this is happening to some of us?

I believe it's betfair, as the same happens on the site, looks to be some sort of caching.

Yes it is - it started to happen when they changed the host address of their charts. We'd recommend adding markets to Guardian to have that gradually build a price history for markets of interest; then use Bet Angel's Advanced Charting to draw the data over whatever timescales you choose.

seems that BF are somehow trying to sabotage their operation in some way .. hmm, devious plan afoot maybe?? 1st it was the P&L reports, then the unannounced charts hosting debacle.

just wondering, is it *cheaper* to sell off a company (not suggesting that PP are selling off BF ;)) when there are a host of usability *features* affecting their use - lol
