You can use one click on the self extracting version and Bet Angel will download and install automatically. If you want to keep a copy of the software then using your mouse, right click on the appropriate link and use the 'save target as' option. Confirming will download the software onto your computer, make sure you remember where you downloaded the software too! The software is contained in a zip file. When downloaded double click on the zip file and click on the setup file. The software will run an installation routine, please follow the on screen instructions. If you have a high speed connection you may wish to just click directly on the link and run the installation from there. Downloading Bet Angel Professional : - NOTICE FOR NON UK USERS If you are using Excel with Bet Angel please test your staking with small amounts to ensure the software performs as expected. There are a huge number of regional settings in both Windows and Excel which we are unable to fully test. This could affect how Bet Angel interprets the information from your computer. Therefore we suggest you take care when you first use Excel. We have a number of configurations to supply but would need feedback from you so we can tailor it to your specific country configuration if required. If you are in a different country to the UK it is likely you will need to use language specific statements to invoke Excel functions. For example in the UK we use the "IF" statement, in German "IF" translates to "WENN". Bet Angel specific functions such as "BACK", "LAY" etc. are unaffected but Excel specific functions such as "IF" and "THEN" will need to be represented in your local language. If you do not have a serial number click on this text to view the manual registration process. Setting up your account using a serial number Using this page you can download your product but if you are a new user of our service, before you can use it, you will need to register it with us. You can only use the software once you have registered, if you do not register you will not be able to use the software. You can only register once you have received a serial number from us. If you don't have a serial number, please allow a little time for it to arrive by email. Automatic registration When you install and use Bet Angel Professional you will see the log in screen. In this area you will see a link called 'Request account using serial number'. Click on this link.
When you click the 'Request account' link the software will ask you for your Betfair username and a serial number. Your serial number will be sent to your automatically by email along with your order confirmation, please some time for both these emails to arrive. If you fail to receive a serial number please use the manual registration process to register your software.
Enter your Betfair username. If you do not have a Betfair account then you will need to apply for one by clicking this link and following the instructions on the 'Join now' section . When you have entered your Betfair username and serial number, click the request account button. Bet Angel will confirm that your software is registered and you will be free to use the software immediately. If Bet Angel detects a problem with your registration it may halt the registration and ask you to contact our support team.
Upon successful registration Bet Angel will display your Bet Angel password. Your Bet Angel user name will be the same as your Betfair user name. This is the only time the password will be displayed so you need to carefully note this. The final step is to enjoy using Bet Angel! Manual registration - Bet Angel support will register your product If you have included your username in your order we can do this for you fairly quickly during normal office hours. If you have not included it with your order, you will need to email Bet Angel support with your Betfair username so we can 'switch on' your account. We will do this as quickly as possible and are in attendance during most key times and during normal UK office hours but occasionally there may be a delay before we can set you up.
