I want to make a rule to back or lay with 3 ticks offset if the price moves 3 ticks in 5 seconds. Can you tell me how to do that? Thanks!

Witch option will actually pick the true favorite, BY ROW INDEX or BY POSITION? And how can we pick the favorite only if the second favorite is 2.0 odds behind him?
