Floating Countdown Timer

I can't believe I'm having to ask this on the forum but I've been trying for about an hour and I thought I'd offer someone the chance to make me look silly...

How the hell do you make the countdown timer on the ladder larger and floating? I've seen it in videos but I can't for the life of me figure it out!

Thanks again mate. I was messing about with the timer on the ladder and didn't even see the one on the main screen. I can sleep soundly now!

I have a few different screen settings now but when i left click on the countdown timer it does not move. I don't know what i've done.
I have a default screen setting and i can left click on the countdown timer and can move it around the screen.
