nikathecat, you are not registered under this email address as a VPS customer.
If anybody has any queries, either about the software or the VPS then please send them into support or else any issues you have will not be resolved as they are likely to be missed on the forum.
Support is very quiet at the moment.

This is different to the issue where a) we can't connect and b) the bots on the VPS arent placing bets during that time.Euler wrote: ↑Tue Dec 21, 2021 3:02 pmIt's difficult to isolate specifically what you are seeing.
We are not seeing widespread problems and none are being reported at the datacentre, but it must be something.
We run a number of them 24x7 some to just make sure everything is OK and if we lose connection we get an alert. but they are not catching the same issues you are flagging.
I had an issue on Saturday where I a connection dropped and I couldn't get it back. But it turned out that just rebooting the router solve the issue. Never really understand what caused that.
We will keep an eye on things and see if we can isolate any issues.
One server has gone offline. Cant reconnect.
Starting to see a slight pattern, in that its about 02.15am GMT .
Expecting it will become available again in 30 mins or so.

Am getting Protocol errors trying to connect to 2 of my servers.
Anyone else ?
These are the messages :
Now working -- the proverbial flipping mystery.
Many lols -- autocorrected flipping from something a bit stronger

Got the Protocol error for 30 mins on a desktop running
Windows 10 Pro, installed on June 2020 - os build 19041.1415
Fixed by trying to access on a different laptop using Windows 11 Home.
Whilst connected to windows 11 machine, try access on Windows 10, and it kicks off the Windows 11 and is ok.

I access from remote desktop mainly from iphone and sometimes on my desktop running latest Windows - never had that kind of issue. I do, occassionaly suffer an issue of needing to retry a bunch of times to actually connect. But not that message you get.
VPS died mis-race, wont reconnect.
Probably resurrect itself in 40 mins.
Gotta say, its pretty frustrating.

I’ve no idea why you see this?
We run about a dozen different VPS and none are affected. Nothing in support either. Microsoft are pushing out updates again, but I installed and rebooted last night to avoid any down time.
If you report your IP and time of issue to support, we can speak to the data centre who can investigate if it was a node issue.

Mine came back in the normal 40 mins (which is at least consistant)
Mine died just after the 2nd race at Flemington - so about 2.25 am UK time.
