We must be due allsorts as premium customers, I've never even had an account manager.

looks like vip/premium not getting bonuses/cash race anymore, start of the year i got £100 credit every other week for simply placing at least a similiar amount bet on the exchange, not had for a few month now

Take no notice of LinusP, he gave me the same advice when I asked. I haven't had a losing quarter for the last six years but was in the VIP club a couple of years ago.

I can only assume two years ago they were one and the same, I will ask next time I speak to my account manager for you.
