I know I should start a new thread, but have been looking for 15 mins and find no way to do that.

Is there anyway (using BetAngel's API to determine the reduction factor on a market?

I have recently started dutching (automated via API) and have been tripped up by redution factors, leaving a situation where I risked the whole stake to make nothing at all. I'm thinking that determining the reduction factor and affects on profit/loss then greening if ness.

Thanks in advance

Debbie

Analysing the data you provided, would you really lay at 33?
Similarly would you lay at 2.3 knowing that was probably the favourite?
I am no tipster, and no tipster gets 100%.
but if you apply conditions to your selections those two Wins would not be there.
You can't just take a list from anybody without doing further reseach before
applying your automation.
So if those were removed and you did place bets based on my list the net profit would have been -£10.90.
16 out 19 bets won (84,21% strike rate).
Not bad from someone who is not a tipster.

i use Octoparse scraping software and set up for 4 different scrapes,
1 for aus racing and 3 for Uk racing.
start scraping the website around 3.30pm to get the next days racing, so i can analyse
at my leisure then make my selections for the following day.
