You can do that a number of different ways. Google "betangel excel integration' for a start

I user Excel for my auto bot, i would like to scrape some sites and use that data in the spreadsheet, betangel has a lock on the spreadsheet, is it possible to do this somehow, ie power query, vba, joining workbooks/sheets etc

I have just tested and you can import using Excel Power query.

So I need to schedule a refresh, can the power query experts suggest a way to refresh the data automatically off the top of there heads?
