SP of unmatched bets at inplay - In my rule not working

I cannot get my rule to SP unmatched bets at inplay, they just keep cancelling. I have tried everything. Crossing out Global setting, Unticking the Greening rules on bet cancelling at green up or unticking the greening up box. Please help

What does the log say re SP?

Nothing, as it is not doing it. It is something with my setting somewhere. At inplay unmatched bets just disappear (cancel) and nothing else happens

If its the "Take SP on Unmatched Bets" rule you are talking about then that will need to fire before the market goes through the in-play suspension?

edit - as unmatched bets are automatically cancelled when the market goes in-play, unless you tell BF you want to keep them or take SP (two different rules you can use)
