Is there a way to find out when more markets are added to Betfair?

Is there a way either via Bet Angel or any other method to be alerted if Betfair have added more markets?

I was thinking that RSS might be a way but i had a quick look into it and it didnt seem to work.

Sorry just for clarification im interested in a sub section so for instance Premier Leaguge matches not any football market
