Quite an enthralling test match between Pakistan & Australia which has left me knackered after trading it, thought the Aussies had a squeak at one point but now it does look like a draw.

THX go to the Surrey pair, was in a spot of bother at Eng 5 down to put it mildly! Slow bank build with NBA but withdraw all cricket winnings. Draw has been on an incredible journey and we are still on day 1.

Met a talksport commercial rep at a conference recently.

He was saying the BBC were quietly happy, the first few games were mostly rain-affected, and talksport had overpaid for the comms.

Agnew and co can get stuffed. The TMS feed is geo blocked, and I can listen to talksport comms (overseas), even if its 3 balls behind live.

Happy to see Neil Manthorp on the feed .. the local SABC pay peanuts .. he started a crowd fund type thing, to get his local thghts.

Its worth the money.

Galle is a ground, where if u dont lay draw at 'silly' prices, you should really think about what u are doing in the game.

Foakes looks good.

England ought not to lose the 1st test from where they are but they might still manage to.

TalkSport have been better than I imagined, they haven't been bombarding listeners with Betfair Sportsbook ads, I still miss BBC analogue coverage though. They will never lose home game coverage as they offer on-line coverage of every county in all formats and I believe they are part subsisidised by ECB to do that.

Never is a long time.

Each county has streaming services - for the right money, an
Internet content feed could take it all away.

Rights to feeds are worth a lot - even for marginal sports.

An up and coming sportsbook has the rights to squash - a marginal game to be sure - but if they overlay in-running prices
to the right market, am sure they would make money.
