How do I set up a trigger?

I'm trying to set up a trigger (using a Bet Angel trial version). For example, I want to place a bet at certain odds but only 5 mins before the scheduled start of the race.

How do I do this? The user guide mentions a Rules area on Bet Angel but I cannot locate this area.

The rules are mention in the user guide but you may also want to look at the spreadsheet functionality where you have more flexibility.
