Bet Angel User Privacy

I am looking for software to automate a number of strategies that I use (and test some others) and Bet Angel looks like the right tool.

My questions is about the privacy of strategies.

If I create new automated strategies on Bet Angel are they visible to the software owner? Is there anything in the T&Cs to protect the users against the software owner looking at strategy settings and replicating them? The last thing I want is to automate strategies and then find that the edge has been immediately ripped out from under me!

There's no way for Bet Angel to see anyone's betting activity that's between the user and Betfair only.
Nor is there any way to see how you use the software, what settings you use rules files you have etc...
