Delaying a bet firing into the market

Hi there

How can I delay a bet firing into a market when there has been a suspension?
Is there any way I can nest an IF command?

I would like a delay of around 1min to allow the market to settle before my bet can be fired.

Hello again,

I thought it would be an idea to try and create a 'timer' of some sort which counts down from 60-120 seconds to zero, from the point which the market gets suspended.
Then I would like my bet to trigger once certain conditions are met.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated from an excel 'newbie'
