I have set up two custom cols for high/low in play.
The data being shown is often out of sync with whats in the ladder.
Is there a minimum traded volume to be recorded ?

Yes, the high & low values have a spike filter to eliminate prices that only traded at small volume (relative to price).
If you want to see all prices (even with pennies matched), you'd need to use a rules file with stored values, theres a template here you could start with
