amending the Blank_2014 Excel template re data capture

Hi, I have downloaded the Blank_2014 Excel spreadsheet - the same one that is in the video titled ' Betfair Trading data capture and trading analysis spreadsheet' on Bet Angel TV.

I am looking at the first 'Bet Angel' tab of the Excel spreadsheet.
If I scroll across to column AAB (pre off), it is set to 5 mins 30 secs - which is shown in columns: AAC (HH) = 0, AAD (MM) = 5, AAE (SS) = 30. I have tried various numbers in these columns but it keeps putting random numbers in column AAF.

I have tried numerous ways to amend the time as I am looking at getting the live data captured for forthcoming markets - which are up on Betfair but the event doesn't start for say 72 hours. It is the run-up to these events that I am after.
How can this time change be put into the time boxes in columns AAC to AAE.

I am after capturing the markets say every 15 mins from when they go up.
If I can get the market data capture more than every 15 mins, then that's even better.
I can upload the spreadsheet each day if it's a day only issue.

There will be no trading involved in what I am trying to capture, just the data as is shown on the Bet Angel template when you link it to Excel.

I look forward to hearing from someone who can help solve my dilemma.
